Responsibilities

As a Special Teacher / Special Educator, you will play a central role in supporting and developing students with special needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing individual educational plans to meet each student's unique needs.
• Collaborating with teachers and school staff to create an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive and learn.
• Guiding and supporting teachers.
• Offering support and advice to both students and their families to ensure a holistic view of education.
• Conducting assessments of students' knowledge and needs and following up on their development.
• Participating in strategic development efforts to improve the school's pedagogical methods and inclusive working practices.
• Promoting cultural awareness and diversity in the classroom, as well as creating a safe and positive atmosphere for all students.
• Documenting in accordance with procedures.
